On the night students will be awarded on the following categories.  

Leadership – Demonstrates a high level of integrity and maturity. They are a role model who can be relied upon to complete any task efficiently and responsibly. They are a strong support mechanism within their school and identified Graham Polly Farmer Program for their peers and are inspirational to their teachers.

 Endeavour  – Demonstrates a high level of resilience and adopts a positive approach to their educational journey. Within their perspective Graham Polly Farmer Program they approach challenges head on and actively seek clarification and support if and where required and demonstrate a willingness to achieve. They are go getters and expel positivity to all aspects of their learning allowing for social and academic growth to occur.

 Citizenship  – Always demonstrates a high care and empathetic approach to their peers. Playing a key role in their perspective Graham Polly Farmer Program and are proud members who exhibit a high attendance and advocate a respectful, positive learning environment for all. They are the essence of the Graham Polly Farmer Program vision for our Hedland Community.
